The Dictionary defines the word CRISIS as; “a time when a difficult or important decision must be made.” That is where therapy comes in. We all go though some type of crisis in our life and having support to work through and handle that crisis makes the process that much easier. My job as a therapist is to provide a safe space to help you explore yourself, develop new perspectives, and guide you through the crisis you may face in your life.
